Wafaa Mamilli has served as a director of Fiserv since 2021, chairs the risk committee and is a member of the nominating and corporate governance committee.
Ms. Mamilli has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Digital and Technology Officer of Roche, a biotechnology, pharmaceutical and diagnostics company, since February 2025. She brings extensive global and technology experience, including expertise in cybersecurity, digital, and analytics.
