Brad Paulsen serves as Chief Executive Officer and a director of Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. The Board appointed Bradley S. Paulsen as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board effective December 26, 2025, the first day of the company's 2026 fiscal year. He served as President of Floor & Decor in 2025 before assuming the CEO role.
He brings more than two decades of executive leadership across retail, distribution, and supply chain management. Immediately prior to Floor & Decor, he served as CEO, North America of Rentokil Initial plc from 2023 to 2025. Before that he was Chief Executive Officer of Rexel USA from 2021 to 2023, and earlier served as Chief Operating Officer and in other leadership roles at HD Supply from 2015 to 2021. These roles drove measurable improvements in efficiency, digital modernization, and market expansion.
As CEO of Floor & Decor, he brings expertise in strategic growth, customer-centric innovation, and disciplined capital allocation, with a track record of translating transformation into long-term value creation across industries. He holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a B.S. in Economics from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Under his amended and restated employment agreement effective on the transition date, he receives an annual base salary of $1,000,000 and a target annual bonus of 125% of base salary.
