Nada A. Aried has served as a non-executive director of Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. since January 2025. She brings over 30 years of leadership experience in specialty retail and consumer services, including executive roles at Safelite AutoGlass, Bath & Body Works, and L Brands, with a record of driving shareholder value through digital transformation, omni-channel innovation, and operational excellence.
She has deep expertise in digital transformation, omni-channel strategy, enterprise technology modernization, and supply chain optimization. As Executive Vice President & Chief Digital Technology Officer at Safelite AutoGlass, she has led enterprise-wide digital strategy and modernization initiatives. Earlier, as Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer at Bath & Body Works, she strengthened cybersecurity frameworks and enabled omnichannel growth and loyalty program integration, and advanced buy-online-pickup-in-store models during the pandemic.
At L Brands she led technology solutions for global supply chain operations and enterprise systems as Senior Vice President, Enterprise & Supply Chain Applications, and managed enterprise technology platforms and shared services supporting multiple brands as Vice President, Enterprise & Shared Services. She has been recognized as a Top 10 Retail CIO (Retail Tech Insights, 2023) and was an Ohio ORBIE Awards Finalist (2024), and served as Vice Chair of After-School All-Stars Ohio from 2014 to 2024. She holds an MBA from Ohio University, a B.A. in English Literature from The Ohio State University, and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Toledo. She serves on the Audit Committee.
