Ryan Marshall has served as a non-executive director of Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. since January 2021. He brings over 20 years of experience in homebuilding operations, strategic growth, and financial management, with deep expertise in land acquisition, market risk analysis, and operational efficiency.
He is President and Chief Executive Officer of PulteGroup, Inc. (NYSE: PHM), a position he has held since 2016, leading one of the nation's largest and most geographically diverse homebuilders. He advocates for innovation in home design and affordability strategies, including consumer-inspired layouts and mortgage incentive programs, and is recognized for transformational leadership that drove PulteGroup's strategic shift toward profitability and operational discipline, resulting in a 7x increase in stock price and enhanced shareholder value during his tenure.
He serves on the board of PulteGroup, Inc. (since 2016) and is the 2025 Board Chair of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, as well as a member of the Atlanta Committee for Progress. He was honored at the Building Homes for Heroes Gala in 2023 for leadership in veteran housing initiatives through PulteGroup's Built to Honor program. He holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Utah, is a Certified Public Accountant, and serves on Floor & Decor's Compensation Committee.
