Rejji P. Hayes is an independent director of Fortive. He has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CMS Energy Corporation, a publicly-traded power and energy company, since 2017, overseeing the treasury, tax, investor relations, accounting, financial planning and analysis, internal audit, supply chain, facilities, fleet, and mergers and acquisitions functions, and also serves as Chairman of NorthStar Clean Energy, a CMS Energy subsidiary.

He previously served as Chairman of the Board of EnerBank USA, a nationwide provider of home improvement loans and former CMS Energy subsidiary. He served as Chief Financial Officer of ITC Holdings Corp, a publicly-traded electric transmission company, from 2014 to 2016, and as its Vice President, Finance and Treasurer from 2012 to 2014, and held strategy and financial leadership roles at Exelon Corporation, Lazard Freres & Co., and Bank of America Securities prior to joining ITC Holdings Corp.
