Andrea H. Simon is Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of MasterBrand, Inc., a manufacturer of residential cabinets, a position she has held since September 2020, including through the December 2022 spin-off of MasterBrand as a separate public company from Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc.
She was previously President of Weir Pressure Control North America of The Weir Group PLC, a global mining technology company, from August 2019 to September 2020, after serving in finance, strategy, IT, real estate and global sourcing roles across The Weir Group's global business since June 2008. Earlier in her career she worked in accounting, finance and internal audit at Briggs & Stratton Corporation and was a senior auditor at Arthur Andersen, LLP. She joined the Graco board in December 2025 and has been designated an audit committee financial expert.
