Inge Grasdal became Executive Vice President, Corporate Development of Graco in January 2022. Before joining Graco, he was Vice President Corporate Development at Ecolab, a global provider of water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services, from 2018 to January 2022, and Senior Director Corporate Development at 3M Company from 2012 to 2018.
From 2007 to 2012 he was Vice President Investment Banking at Piper Jaffray & Co. Prior to joining Piper Jaffray, he held various roles in finance, consulting and engineering, including most recently as Director of Finance – Analytics at United Health Group from 2003 to 2007. He joined the Company in January 2022.
