Jody H. Feragen was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hormel Foods Corporation, a multinational marketer and manufacturer of brand name food and meat products, from 2010 until her retirement in 2016. She served as Hormel's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2007 to 2010 and as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer from 2005 to 2007, and served on Hormel's board of directors from 2007 until 2016.
She also served on the board of directors of Patterson Companies, Inc. from 2011 until April 2025. She has been a Graco director since 2015, chairs the Audit Committee, and has been designated an audit committee financial expert.
