Joseph J. Humke became Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Graco in July 2021. Before joining Graco, from 2001 to June 2021 he was an equity partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups at Ballard Spahr LLP and Lindquist & Vennum LLP (which combined in January 2018), having joined as an associate from 2001 to 2003.
Earlier in his legal career he was an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice group of Mayer Brown LLP in Chicago from 1998 to 2001, and served as a law clerk to the Honorable John L. Coffey on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit from 1997 to 1998. He joined the Company in July 2021 and serves as the Company's Corporate Secretary and the designated contact for shareholder communications with the Board.
