Kathryn L. Schoenrock became Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Graco in February 2024. She was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer from May 2023 to February 2024, and Executive Vice President, Corporate Controller and Information Systems from January 2022 to May 2023.
From August 2020 to January 2022 she was Executive Vice President, Corporate Controller, and she served as the Company's principal accounting officer from August 2020 to May 2023. From 2017 to August 2020 she was Director of Corporate Finance, and she served as Director of Financial Reporting from 2012 to 2018. Prior to joining Graco, she served as a Senior Manager in the audit practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP from 2008 to 2012, held various positions in the audit practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP from 2002 to 2008, and worked in the audit practice of Arthur Andersen LLP from 2000 to 2002. She joined the Company in 2012.
Ms. Schoenrock holds a Master of Professional Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Dakota.
