Kevin J. Wheeler is Executive Chairman of A. O. Smith Corporation, one of the world's leading manufacturers of residential and commercial water heating equipment and boilers and a manufacturer of water treatment and air purification products, a position he has held since July 2025 after serving as Chairman since May 2020. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of A. O. Smith from September 2018 to June 30, 2025, and as President and Chief Operating Officer from June 2017 to August 2018.
From 2013 to May 2017 he was Senior Vice President of A. O. Smith and President and General Manager of its North America, India, Europe Water Heating and Export business, then the company's largest operating unit, and he previously served as Managing Director of its European operations and as Vice President-International with responsibility for European and Asian operations including China. He joined A. O. Smith in 1994 and has been a Graco director since February 2020.
