Ronita Banerjee became Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Graco in May 2023. Before joining Graco, she was Global Human Resources Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, a provider of nuclear products and services, from May 2019 to April 2023.
Prior to Westinghouse, she served as Global Human Resources Vice President, Building Solutions and Global Human Resources Director at Honeywell Inc. from 2017 to May 2019, and as Global Human Resources Director from 2015 to 2017. She held several human resources management roles at General Mills Inc. from May 2007 to March 2015, worked at Dell Technologies Inc. within its compensation and staffing practice from 2003 to 2005, and began her career at Gati Ltd. She joined the Company in 2023.
She holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration degree (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) from the Symbiosis Center for Management and Human Resource Development in Pune, India.
