B. Andrew Rose has been an independent director of Greif since 2024 and serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees. From December 2023 until his retirement in October 2024 he served as President and CEO of Worthington Enterprises, Inc., and from September 2020 to December 2023 as President and CEO of Worthington Industries, its predecessor.
Prior to 2020 he served in various leadership roles at Worthington Industries, including Chief Financial Officer, and earlier was a partner at MCG Capital Advisory and Peachtree Equity Partners.
