L. Dennis Hoffman has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Greif since October 2025. He joined Greif in 2010 and previously served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, and earlier as Assistant General Counsel.
Prior to joining Greif he held roles as a partner at Baker Hostetler LLP and as Regional Counsel for Holcim (US) Inc.
