Catherine P. Lego has served on Guidewire's Board since September 2019.
Ms. Lego has held numerous public-company board roles in the technology sector, including Cirrus Logic, Inc. (chair of nominating and corporate governance committee since 2020), Lam Research Corporation (2009-2022), IPG Photonics Corporation (2016-2021), Fairchild Semiconductor International Inc. (2013-2016), SanDisk Corporation (1989-2016, except 2002-2004), and Cypress Semiconductor Corporation (2018 through its 2020 merger with Infineon). From June 1992 to December 2018, she was an angel investor and financial consultant to early-stage technology companies via Lego Ventures, LLC. She previously practiced as a certified public accountant with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers).
Ms. Lego holds a B.A. in Economics and Biology from Williams College and an M.S. in Accounting from the New York University Stern School of Business.
