Rajani Ramanathan has served on Guidewire's Board since June 2021. She currently serves as a director or advisor to investors in several public and private companies in the AI, VR and Blockchain technology space.
From June 2000 to March 2014, Ms. Ramanathan served in a variety of roles at Salesforce, a public cloud software company, with her last position being Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, Technology and Products. Her board roles have included Faro Technologies (July 2022 - July 2025) and ESI Group (June 2014 - January 2024).
Ms. Ramanathan holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Madras and a postgraduate diploma in Marketing and Sales Management from the Rajendra Prasad Institute of Communication and Management.
