Public sources indicate Ms. Unnikrishnan joined IDEX in March 2022 and brings more than 20 years of corporate strategy experience across a range of industries. She previously served as Chief Strategy Officer of Vontier and held strategy positions with Harman International, Citi, BlackRock and Katzenbach Partners, and at Pfizer led the Talent and Organization capability for the pharmaceutical division.
She earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in India before becoming a Rhodes Scholar at the University of Oxford, where she also completed an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business Strategy. She is also an international sport-rifle shooting champion and author of the 2017 book The Career Catapult.
