He chairs the Compensation & Management Development Committee and serves on the Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee.

Linda B. Bammann has been a JPMorgan Chase director since 2013 and chairs the Board's Risk Committee. She is the retired Deputy Head of Risk Management of JPMorgan Chase & Co., having earlier been Chief Risk Management Officer and Executive Vice President at Bank One Corporation.

Michele G. Buck joined the JPMorgan Chase Board in 2025 and serves on the Audit and Corporate Governance & Nominating Committees. Lori A. Beer has served as Chief Information Officer of JPMorgan Chase since September 2017. She is a member of the Firm's Operating Committee and leads the company's global technology organization.

Mary Callahan Erdoes has been Chief Executive Officer of JPMorgan Chase's Asset & Wealth Management business since September 2009. She is a member of the Firm's Operating Committee and a named executive officer.

Stacey Friedman has served as General Counsel of JPMorgan Chase since January 2016. She is a member of the Firm's Operating Committee and leads the Legal department.

Marianne Lake has served as Chief Executive Officer of Consumer & Community Banking since January 2024, having previously been its Co-Chief Executive Officer from May 2021 and Chief Executive Officer of Consumer Lending from May 2019. In June 2026 the Firm announced that Ms. Lake would retire after more than 25 years of service, with Troy Rohrbaugh taking over as CEO of Consumer & Community Banking.

Robin Leopold has served as Head of Human Resources of JPMorgan Chase since January 2018. She is a member of the Firm's Operating Committee.

Douglas B. Petno was elected Co-President of JPMorgan Chase in June 2026 and became sole Chief Executive Officer of the Commercial & Investment Bank. He had served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Commercial & Investment Bank since January 2025, Co-Head of Global Banking from January 2024, and Chief Executive Officer of the former Commercial Banking since January 2012.

Jennifer A. Piepszak has served as Chief Operating Officer of JPMorgan Chase since January 2025. She previously served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Commercial & Investment Bank from January 2024, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Consumer & Community Banking from May 2021, and Chief Financial Officer from May 2019 until May 2021.

Troy Rohrbaugh was elected Co-President of JPMorgan Chase in June 2026 and became Chief Executive Officer of Consumer & Community Banking. He had served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Commercial & Investment Bank since January 2024, Co-Head of Markets & Securities Services from June 2023, and Head of Global Markets from January 2019.

Daniel Pinto is Vice Chair of JPMorgan Chase and the former President and Chief Operating Officer of the Firm. The Firm has disclosed that Mr. Pinto plans to retire at the end of 2026 after more than 40 years of service.
