Alexander M. Cutler was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eaton Corporation plc, a global, diversified power management company, from 2000 through May 2016. He brings experience across a wide range of senior management and executive roles with Eaton and its predecessor companies, along with extensive experience negotiating and completing acquisitions and divestitures.
Mr. Cutler served as KeyCorp's independent Lead Director until January 2026 and chairs the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He is an honorary trustee of the Musical Arts Association and a life director of the United Way of Greater Cleveland, and was formerly a member of the Executive Committee of the Business Roundtable.
