H. James Dallas retired in 2013 as Senior Vice President of Quality and Operations at Medtronic Inc., a global medical technology company he joined in 2006, where he had previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer and as a member of the executive management team. Before Medtronic he was Chief Information Officer of Georgia-Pacific Corporation.
He is now an independent consultant focusing on change management, information technology strategy, and risk, and serves as a director of Grady Memorial Hospital Corporation. He chairs KeyCorp's Technology Committee and also serves on the Risk and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.
