Amy D. Husted has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Kirby Corporation since July 2024, responsible for all legal matters of the Company. She has held various positions with Kirby since 1994, including Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from April 2019 to July 2024.
Prior to joining the Company she served as Corporate Counsel of Hollywood Marine from 1996 to 1999. She holds a doctorate of jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law and a BS in Political Science from the University of Houston.
