Anne-Marie N. Ainsworth is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Oiltanking Partners, L.P. and Oiltanking Holding Americas, Inc. (2012-2014). She has served as an independent director of Kirby since 2015 and chairs its ESG and Nominating Committee.
She has over 35 years of experience in executive and managerial positions in the U.S. refining industry, providing expertise in petrochemicals, refining, and hydrocarbon transportation. She holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toledo, an MBA from Rice University, and the ICD.D designation.
