Megan N. Shaffer was elected Group Vice President of Strategy, Customer Growth and Loyalty in June 2025. She previously served as Group Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer from May 2023 to June 2025.
She joined Kroger in 2018 after 12 years in leadership roles with Aldi, Inc. and led customer experience, labor, process improvement and front-end operations as Vice President of Retail Operations.
