J. Barr Blanton has been a director of Landstar System since October 2025. He currently serves as Chairman of the board and Chief Executive Officer of Crosslake Technologies, a private equity-held provider of technology diligence and advisory services to private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
Before joining Crosslake Technologies in 2021, Mr. Blanton was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he was managing partner for the Charlotte office and specialized in the transformation and private equity practices, advising Fortune 500 clients, private equity firms and their portfolio companies on corporate strategy and business innovation.
