Melanie M. Hart has been a director of Landstar System since October 2025. She currently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Pool Corporation (NASDAQ: POOL), the world's largest wholesale distributor of swimming pool and related outdoor living products.
She previously served in various roles at PoolCorp, including Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller from 2008 to 2021 and Vice President beginning in 2019. Prior to joining PoolCorp in 2006, she spent 12 years at Ernst & Young in the assurance and advisory business services group. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of New Orleans, graduated from the General Management Program at the Wharton School of Business, is a Certified Public Accountant and is NACD Directorship Certified.
