Michael K. Kneller has been Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Landstar System since June 2005 and is an officer or director of each of the Company's subsidiaries and a trustee of the Landstar Scholarship Fund. Prior to joining the Company in 2005 he was a corporate attorney at the law firm of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.
