Todd J. Teske has served as a director of Lennox International since 2011 and serves as Independent Chair of the Board. He chairs the Executive Committee and serves on the Audit Committee, where he is designated a Financial Expert.
He is the former Chair, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Briggs & Stratton Corporation, a manufacturer of gasoline engines for outdoor power equipment. He brings extensive executive leadership, corporate governance, and industry experience as a former manufacturing-company CEO, and as a former corporate controller he contributes knowledge in finance and accounting.
He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Masters of Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and is a licensed CPA (inactive).
