Becky Frankiewicz is President and Chief Strategy Officer of ManpowerGroup, a role she assumed in June 2025 after serving as Regional President, North America and Chief Commercial Officer. She joined ManpowerGroup in July 2017 from PepsiCo, where she was General Manager of Quaker Foods North America.
