Maria Henry is the former Chief Financial Officer of Kimberly-Clark Corporation, a position she held from 2015 to 2022.
Prior to Kimberly-Clark, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Hillshire Brands Company (formerly Sara Lee Corporation) from 2012 to 2014, and CFO of Sara Lee's North American Retail and Foodservice business from 2011 to 2012. Earlier she held senior finance and strategy roles at three Clayton, Dubilier & Rice portfolio companies, most recently as EVP and CFO of Culligan International, and held senior finance roles at several technology companies. She began her career at General Electric.
