Michelle Peluso is Chief Executive Officer of Revlon Group Holdings LLC, a position she has held since 2024.
Prior to Revlon, Ms. Peluso served as Executive Vice President and Chief Customer and Experience Officer for CVS Health from 2023 to 2024 (and earlier EVP and Chief Customer Officer, and co-President, Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness). Before CVS Health she was Senior Vice President, Digital Sales and Chief Marketing Officer at IBM from 2016 to 2021. Earlier she was CEO of Gilt Groupe, Inc. from 2013 until its 2016 sale, Global Consumer Chief Marketing and Internet Officer of Citigroup Inc. from 2009 to 2013, held senior roles at Travelocity.com LP from 2002 to 2009 (President and CEO from 2003), and founded online travel site Site59 in 1999, serving as its CEO until its 2002 acquisition by Travelocity.
