Michael V. Schrock is the independent Lead Director of Plexus Corp., serving in that role since 2013, and is a member of the Compensation & Leadership Development Committee. Since 2014 he has served as a Senior Advisor and Operating Consultant to Oak Hill Capital Partners, a private equity firm.
Earlier he was President and Chief Operating Officer at Pentair plc, a global water, fluid, thermal management and equipment protection company. He earned a B.S. from Bradley University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
