Oliver K. Mihm is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Plexus Corp. He joined Plexus in 2000 as a design engineer and has served as EVP and Chief Operating Officer since 2022.
He previously served as Executive Vice President - Global Supply Chain and Operational Solutions and Executive Vice President - Supply Chain (from 2019), Regional President EMEA (2015-2019), and Industrial Market Sector Vice President, and led the company's Global Engineering Solutions business. Mr. Mihm holds a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the Pennsylvania State University College of Engineering and an M.B.A. with a specialization in international business from Marquette University.
