Paul A. Rooke is an independent director of Plexus Corp. and chairs the board's Governance & Sustainability Committee. He retired as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and a director, of Lexmark International, Inc., a provider of document imaging and enterprise software solutions, in 2016.
Mr. Rooke previously served as President of Lexmark and, before becoming President and CEO in 2010, held leadership roles of increasing responsibility, including Executive Vice President and President, Imaging Solutions; Executive Vice President and President, Printing Solutions and Services; and Vice President and President, Business Printer. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Kentucky and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
