Anne M. Foulkes has served as Senior Vice President, Law and Special Projects of PPG since January 2026.
She previously served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel from September 2018 to December 2025, as Vice President and Associate General Counsel and Secretary from March 2016 through July 2018, and as Assistant General Counsel and Secretary from April 2011 through February 2016.
On August 7, 2025, Ms. Foulkes announced her intention to retire from the Company effective August 31, 2026, after transitioning general counsel responsibilities.
