Catherine R. Smith has served on the PPG board since 2019 and is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Starbucks Corporation.
She has significant expertise gained from years of leading the complex finance organizations of some of the largest companies in the United States. Her experience in financial reporting and disclosure, accounting, risk management and internal controls brings valuable expertise to the Board, along with extensive experience leading retail companies with a national and international footprint similar to PPG's.
