Gette earned his bachelor's degree from Allegheny College and his law degree from Vanderbilt University.
He joined PPG in 2005 as an assistant counsel and held roles of increasing responsibility supporting several PPG business units, regional operations and functions, serving as the company's lead transactional lawyer. Before joining PPG he worked for the law firm K&L Gates in Pittsburgh.
