Lori Niederst was appointed Chief Personal Lines Officer in June 2026, overseeing Progressive's Personal Lines and Customer Relationship Management organizations. She joined Progressive in 1997 as an analyst in Corporate Finance, served as President of Customer Relationship Management from 2021 to 2026 and as Chief Human Resource Officer for five years, and was previously a Certified Public Accountant; she holds a bachelor's degree from Kent State University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
