Pat Callahan was named president of Progressive's Personal Lines Group in April 2015, managing the Personal Auto, Property, and Recreational Lines businesses across the Agency and Direct channels. He joined Progressive in 2002 and held various product and general-management roles, and previously managed engineering projects and plant operations for Kimberly-Clark; he holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Lafayette College and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
