Susan Patricia Griffith

Tricia Griffith was appointed president and chief executive officer and elected to Progressive's Board in July 2016, after serving as personal lines chief operating officer from April 2015. She joined Progressive as a claims representative in 1988, was named chief human resources officer in 2002, returned to Claims as group president in 2008, and holds a bachelor's degree from Illinois State University and completed the Wharton School's Advanced Management Program.
