Manuel "Manny" Kadre has served as Chairman of the Republic Services Board since March 2017 and as a director since June 2014. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Kollective Auto Group, a premium luxury retail automotive group, and previously was Chief Executive Officer of a number of beverage, automotive, healthcare and real estate companies, gaining significant management and leadership experience over more than two decades.
Throughout his career he has held leadership roles in acquiring, managing, and running several businesses, gaining valuable financial and strategy experience, and has extensive experience strategically positioning customer-facing brands. Through leadership roles in highly regulated industries, including serving as General Counsel of beverage product distributor CC1 Companies, he offers expertise on legal and regulatory matters. He has served on four public company boards: Republic, NeueHealth, The Home Depot and Mednax.
