Michael A. Duffy has been a director of Republic Services since July 2020 and serves on the Audit Committee and the Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility Committee. He is a seasoned distribution, supply chain and retail executive with over 25 years of experience and was recently appointed Chief Executive Officer of Rentokil Initial plc, a global leader in pest control and hygiene and wellbeing services.
Prior to his current role he served as CEO of OnTrac, the largest regional e-commerce parcel carrier in the U.S., and held CEO roles at FleetPride and C&S Wholesale Grocers. He managed complex supply chains for Cardinal Health and The Procter & Gamble Company, and earlier was VP North America Value Chain at Gillette.
