Lisa A. Payne is the former Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Taubman Centers, Inc., a real estate investment trust, where she served from 2005 to 2016. She chairs Rockwell Automation's Audit Committee and serves on the Compensation and Talent Management Committee.
Ms. Payne joined Taubman in 1997, serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer until 2005. Prior to Taubman, she spent ten years as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs & Co. She also served as Chairman of the Board of Soave Enterprises LLC and President of Soave Real Estate Group from 2016 through March 2017.
