Timothy A. Matthews has served as Simply Good Foods' Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since July 2017, and held the same role at Atkins from November 2016 until the July 2017 formation of Simply Good Foods. Before that he was Corporate Controller of Gevo, Inc. from 2014 to 2016.
Earlier he was Senior Manager of Global Accounting and Consolidations at Molson Coors Brewing Company (2011-2014), Manager of Technical Accounting at Intermap Technologies (2010-2011), and practiced with PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2003 to 2010. He holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a BBA from St. Norbert College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
