Timothy R. Kraft has served as Simply Good Foods' Chief Legal and Corporate Development Officer since July 3, 2025, having joined the company as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Compliance Officer in June 2018 and held progressively broader legal leadership titles since. Before joining, he was General Counsel of the Green Chef Corporation, an organic meal-kit company, from April to December 2017.
Earlier he served in various legal roles at Boulder Brands, Inc. from 2009 through 2016, including Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, and led integration work after Pinnacle Foods acquired Boulder Brands in 2016. He began in private practice focused on corporate law and M&A in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He holds a Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School and a BA from Truman State University.
