Ehsan Zargar was appointed the Company's Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary on October 1, 2018. He is responsible for the Company's legal, environmental, social and governance, health and safety, insurance and real estate functions, and takes a leading role in negotiating and implementing the Company's M&A, capital markets and other strategic activities.
He received a law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto and a B.A. from the University of Toronto.
