Gautam Patel was appointed to the Board of Spectrum Brands Holdings in October 2020. He has served as Managing Director of Tarsadia Investments, a private investment firm based in Newport Beach, California, since 2012, leading a team identifying, evaluating and executing principal control equity investments across life sciences, financial services and technology.
He currently serves as Chair of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Patel received a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College, a B.S. from Harvey Mudd College, an MSc from the London School of Economics and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
