Joan Chow was appointed to the Board of Spectrum Brands Holdings in April 2021. She has extensive leadership experience in retail and consumer packaged goods marketing, advertising, branding, consumer insights, digital/social marketing and human resources matters.
She currently serves as a member of the Audit Committee. Ms. Chow has an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. with distinction from Cornell University.
