Terry L. Polistina was appointed to the Board of Spectrum Brands Holdings in July 2018 and has served as Lead Independent Director since then. From June 2010 until July 2018, he served as one of the directors of SPB Legacy, and prior to that as a director of SBI from August 2009 to June 2010.
Mr. Polistina is the Chair of the Compensation Committee, a member of the NCG Committee and serves as the Lead Independent Director of the Board. He received an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Florida and holds an MBA from the University of Miami.
