Dr. C.S. Yoo is TSMC's Vice President of Research & Development/Specialty. He joined TSMC in 1988 and held roles including Senior Director of the Office of Strategic Customer Program and Senior Director of the E-Beam Operation Division; he holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
