Dr. Simon Jang is TSMC's Vice President of Research & Development/Advanced Tool and Module Development, promoted to Vice President in August 2019. He joined TSMC in 1993, held various research and development positions, and holds a Ph.D. in materials science & engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
